How it Works
Events are typically crowded, and when that's the case, the cell tower has limited capabilities and only so many spots for connections. Therefore, if a device goes offline, it disconnects, and other connections get the priority. To fix this issue, Event Pulse sends a continuous message back and forth between the OptConnect device and the cell tower so that it maintains its connection.
